Half Day Cases

• A 2 year old has had 3 days of viral URTI symptoms. He presents to you today tugging on his ears bilaterally.
• An 8 year old complains of fullness in his ears, and significant pain. He has been vacationing at the lake until today, when the family returned early due to significant pain.
